Using Data for Quality Improvement (audio)

The National Quality Center (NQC) hosted national quality improvement technical assistance webconferences on June 10, 2010, July 10, 2008, July 12, 2007, and August 9, 2007. These calls assisted HIV programs in fostering the link between performance measurement and quality improvement activities, and demonstrated how to take action based on data performance findings. The webconferences also included a grantee's experience with using data for quality improvement.

Learning objectives:

  • Identify data sources to be used for quality improvement and analyze data points and data trends to identify key findings
  • Prioritize data results to implement action steps to improve HIV care and services
  • Know how to access benchmarking reports of other grantees and best practices on how to share data and findings
