On July 8, 2010, July 9, 2009, and September 10, 2008, the National Quality Center (NQC) hosted technical assistance webconferences on involving consumers in quality improvement efforts. Past co-presenters included consumers who were involved in their respective Ryan White program as well grantees who shared simple tips and strategies to effectively engage consumers to improve the quality of care provided.
