Overview of Quality Improvement Learning Opportunities

On February 11, 2010 and February 12, 2009, the National Quality Center (NQC) hosted technical assistance webconferences to discuss key quality improvement learning opportunities, and to share how others have rated and used these to develop their quality management programs. Several grantees participated to share their experiences and innovative uses of these opportunities to advance their programs. In 2009, co-presenters included Rebecca Hutcheson from Seattle & King County, WA; Thomas J. Kidder, LCSW from Hill Health Corp., CT; and Susan DiCocco from the Ohio Part B Program.

Learning objectives:

  • Learn about the variety of quality resources and services available to grantees and how to access them
  • Learn about how to best use these learning opportunities to advance the agency-wide quality program
  • Hear lessons learned from other grantees that have used these resources
