On August 13, 2009, the National Quality Center (NQC) hosted a technical assistance webconference on Quality Management for Non-Clinical Services. 

The grantee presenter included the Portland TGA Multnomah County Health Department.  They highlighted their Quality Management infrastructure, as well as their improvement activities.
