On May 13, 2010 and December 2, 2009, the National Quality Center hosted technical assistance webconferences on improving patient retention.

Learning Objectives included:

•  Define a retention performance measure for your HIV program
• Connect QI interventions to reasons why patients are not retained in care
• Plan a PDSA for improving patient retention
• Review evidence for working on retention
• Review of key questions to ask when improving retention
• Discussion on how to coordinate efforts across grantees
