NQC Quality Management Consultant

Health Research, Inc. (HRI), a not-for-profit corporation, has open positions for national Quality Improvement Consultants for its National Quality Center (NQC) in the Southeastern,  Western and Midwestern regions of the United States.  NQC provides technical assistance to Ryan White Program grantees on quality improvement to help assist each grantee in advancing the quality of HIV care. NQC Consultants provide on- and off-site coaching of grantees in the development of specific skills in the principles and practice of performance measurement and quality improvement (QI). 


HRI is seeking candidates with advanced degrees and experience in developing, implementing, evaluation and overseeing clinics, city and/or state-wide quality management (QM) programs.  For more information, please go to

Public Health Specialist II (Ryan White HIV Care and ADAP Specialist)

Under the direction of the HIV/STD Program Manager, this position provides technical consultation and program development for the State’s HIV Care and the AIDS Drug Assistance Program services; conduct federal and state grant activities; and collaboratively develops service protocols related to this federally funded program.
