The Modular Quality Improvement Curriculum for Improving HIV Care provides an overview of three models used by health care providers to improve HIV/AIDS care. This curriculum was designed as a facilitator guide include training slides, speaker notes and a proposed agenda.
The training curriculum consists of three modules:
The Curriculum is designed to be taught by someone with knowledge and applied experience of these concepts. However, extensive notes for the presenter are contained within the PowerPoint slides, including an explanation of the objective of the slide, the content of the slide, and a bridge to the next slide, as well as practical examples straight from real team experiences to enrich the explanation.
The Modular Quality Improvement Curriculum was developed by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) through funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration Bureau of HIV/AIDS (HAB).
