The National Quality Center (NQC) has recognized the need to expand the pool of trainers available to train HIV providers and in response, implemented a national Training-of-Trainer (TOT) Program. The overarching goal of this Program is to build capacity for quality improvement among quality managers.

The NQC Training-of-Trainer Guide is designed as a tool for those who participate in the TOT Program and those who are designing trainings on quality improvement in HIV care.

The Guide contains:

• all training materials, including agenda and detailed facilitator notes
• descriptions on interactive exercises
• information on quality improvement resources
• background information on adult learning theories
