The purpose of this NQC Guide is to provide a resource to HIV/AIDS professionals to facilitate the translation of strategic and operational quality priorities into effective improvement actions. 

The Guide focuses on tools and approaches for each step of the planning process: from developing a plan to meet your quality goals through tracking your progress over time.  Examples from the field provide additional insight to further illustrate the content.  It is important to note that concepts presented can be applied at varying levels including a variety of clinical and non-clinical improvement teams, across all Ryan White Parts, and quality committees of all sizes.
