A team approach is best when assessing your existing quality program. Meet with the individuals in your quality program and complete the assessment together. If you have an active quality management committee, you might want to meet with them as well.
At the end of each section you will have the opportunity to rate yourself on a scale of 0-5. Scores 2 and 4 are left without a description for programs that feel they are in between other scores.
Review the completed assessment tool with your quality team to determine which areas need improvement.
