The Improvement Tracker allows users to track any measures currently available at IHI.org. This online tool tracks predefined standard measures in several topic areas, with more being added periodically. Additionally, users can create their own custom measures to track any data they want.

The Improvement Tracker automatically graphs your data, creates reports, and even customizes the findings for various audiences, including QI teams, the CEO, or the community.

This resource is available at no-cost and is developed and maintained by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI).
