The Quality Academy is an internet-based modular learning program on quality improvement, accessible 24/7 and free of charge. The currently available tutorials stress quality improvement theories and methodologies, real world examples from other HIV providers, and methods for applying this information in HIV programs.  These tutorials are available in English and in Spanish.

Users of the Quality Academy can tailor the training content to their own needs and study when their schedule permits. Tutorials span the spectrum of quality management proficiency, from novice to expert and, each one takes about 20-30 minutes to complete.

Key components of each tutorial include:

• Learning objectives
• Test questions to reinforce key learning objectives
• Real-world examples from other HIV programs listing of additional resources
• Text search capability
• Full text of audio narrative
